A high-performing strategic leader with 30 years of experience in a global FMCG in Food and Beverages in RD&Q, manufacturing, organizational transformations, marketing and consultancy. Nadira also worked in the defence industry.
Nadira has held various senior leadership roles in leading global commercial and consumer-centric organisations such as Kraft Foods and Mondelēz International. She was the Head of RD&Q and a member of the global category executive leadership team, responsible for all functional KPIs and had a direct influence on a $4bn business for brands such as Jacobs, Tassimo, Cadbury, and Kenco. She was instrumental in all breakthrough innovations and launches of thousands of products across all continents in the coffee beverage category.
Nadira is determined and always acts like an owner. Not only that, but she is a strong diversity advocate who is proud of her international background and multilingual skills, having built her life in the UK as a refugee from former Yugoslavia.

Paul is a curious soul with over 30 years of senior management experience in leading global blue-chip companies spread among the coffee, tobacco and chemical industries, in Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D. He lived and worked in the USA, Germany and the UK and is fluent in English and German.
Paul has a long record of achievements in the UK and globally. He was responsible for breakthrough multi-million capital programs such as the decaffeination and caffeine recovery process and a high-pressure popping technology and was instrumental in building various industrial sites. With his continuous improvement hat on, he has a strong record of delivering notable manufacturing efficiency and corporate productivity targets. Paul holds a couple of product and technology patents in the tobacco industry.
Paul is an achievement-driven professional who is intrigued by how things work. He applies technical rigour and ensures that tasks are completed right the first time.
Dina Thain

Following her career in commercial strategy and analysis, Dina decided to enter the world of Software Development. Her experience spans across various industries (including Gaming, Environmental and Public Sector), having worked with millions of lines of data and code.
Her attention to detail and passion for data-driven decision-making means that when we need reliable and complex data analysis, we turn to Dina.
